mpv-subserv
mpv-subserv is a plugin for the mpv video player, that provides local http server, serving the currently displayed subtitles. It is a tool meant especially for language learning, as this way, web browser plugins can be utilized that provide mouse over dictionaries. Or you can simply easily copy and paste, which is not possible from mpv.
